At HabitAware, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through our website, habitaware.com.


Return Eligibility


Products Eligible for Return:

  • Keen2 Bracelet: Returns accepted within 90 days on the date of delivery as identified in HabitAware shipping tracking system, and a 1-year (365-day) warranty against defects and malfunction.

    • If a particular promotional sale indicates a different money back guarantee, that will prevail over the policy noted above. 

    • To receive a refund, all returns must occur within 30 days of the documented refund request or before the 90-day trial period ends, whichever occurs first.

    • Once a return and refund has been issued, any future purchases would not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Accessories (e.g., straps, charging cables, changing bases): Non-refundable.

  • Digital Products (e.g., virtual coaching, e-courses, in-app purchases, online community): Non-refundable.

    • If you purchase Virtual Peer Coaching agree to our coaching disclaimer as well as these terms and conditions:

      • This product is non-refundable.

      • This product is not a substitute for qualified medical expertise, legal or professional advice, nor are they intended to be. We cannot diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. If you or your child need additional services that we cannot offer, we are happy to make connections.

      • Recommendations are offered in good faith and any decisions you make, and the consequences thereof, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold HabitAware Inc. liable for any actions you take.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • Returned items must be in new or gently used condition.

    • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

  • Countries Covered:

    • United States

 

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our support team at support@habitaware.com within the applicable return window.

    • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Authorization:

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • Shipping the Return:

    • Returns are made by mail.

    • HabitAware support team will email a return label for domestic returns.

    • Downloading and printing the label is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fees:

  • There are no restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

  • Processing Time:

    • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Warranty

  • Keen2 Bracelet:

    • 1-year limited warranty against defects and malfunctions.

    • Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting support@habitaware.com.
