• Awareness-building vibration that helps you recognize when your BFRB is happening

• Choose your behavior from a library of common BFRBs, or set up your own

• In-depth lessons that guide you step-by-step through the HabitAware method

• Private and discreet, so you can work on your BFRB on your own terms

• Swappable strap colors to match your style

Includes one year of Keen3 Pro, which adds:

• Automated top-trigger analysis that shows when, where, and why your episodes happen

• Just-in-time strategies: after learning your patterns, Keen3 Pro sends a personalized strategy to your wrist just before your high-risk moments

Your year of Pro starts when you first connect Keen3 to the app. After that, Pro is $99/year. When it's ending, we'll email you to renew. Keen3's awareness alerts and lessons keep working without Pro.

Backed by research

AND 100% of participants said they'd recommend it. A randomized controlled trial is now underway. [Read the study]
