The R.I.S.E. Challenge is where inspiration turns into action.

Starting October 6, you will create your own recovery roadmap—a clear plan to rely on when urges hit. This plan helps you prevent the BFRB from happening and, when that urge arises, shows you how to pause, pivot, and choose a healthier path. It makes living with a BFRB much easier.

Create your BRFB Freedom Routine with ease and efficiency:

  • 5 minutes in the morning to prep
  • 5 minutes at night to reflect
  • Reset during weekends
  • Resources in the Collective
  • Connect with others

If you’ve ever said, “I’ll never do this again,” only to find yourself right back in the same place minutes later, you’re not alone.

We’ve been there too. The endless cycle: the time lost to pulling, picking, or biting, the hours spent covering up the damage, the money spent trying to fix what happened — and the shame that lingers through it all.

RISE is about stepping out of that cycle, together.

Why R.I.S.E?

Reduce behavior + shame

Increase awareness + confidence

Support one another with accountability

Encourage Joy

This isn’t a checklist. It’s a mindset shift. It’s a lifestyle.
