TRICH: An Award-Winning Solo Show About One Woman's Experience With Trichotillomania.

The play you didn't know you were waiting for.

TRICH is the critically-acclaimed solo show all about living with Trichotillomania. This “moving and infinitely funny play” (Lehigh Valley Press) shines a light on Becca, the writer and performer, and her decade-long journey with trichotillomania. As she recounts her story through humor, vulnerability, and arguably too many 90s references, Becca provides a nuanced perspective on not only this disorder but any condition or situation one might find shameful and in turn, discovers what it means to forge a path to recovery.

Team HabitAware absolutely adores TRICH. We can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a story that will resonate with you no matter which BFRB you have, and will make you see your journey in a new life, you've got to check it out.

Stream TRICH October 18th-20th, 2024. Buy tickets here.

Here's what Becca says about TRICH:

"I know how much it would have meant to me as a teenager to see someone talking about Trich in a theatrical setting, or any setting for that matter, instead of just being a punchline on Scrubs. This piece is my attempt to shed more light on this disorder and disorders like it while providing a space for more informed, open, and safe conversation surrounding mental health. It’s also a love letter to this community." – Becca

TRICH is streaming for anyone, anywhere October 18-20, 2024!

Grab a blanket and some popcorn and get cozy, because TRICH is a HabitAware's MUST WATCH list. BUT you have to buy your ticket to stream BEFORE 9pm ET on October 17th.

Please note that all ticket purchases are made through Becca and the TRICH team, not through HabitAware! You'll send Becca payment through venmo (include your email in the purchase description) and she'll send you the link.
