I like my band. And it has definitely helped. The only complaint i have is the false buzzing. I cant drive a car with the band on. It buzzes every 5 seconds. And typing at work sets it off. I've turned it all the way down. And tried re adjusting it. Nothing helps. So yes it works. But the constant buzzing is hard to deal with and I find myself not wearing it because of that.
Hi Crystal! Glad to hear that your band is helping you with awareness. Sorry to hear that you're dealing with false alarms. We do offer free training calls with a team member to help you find settings that work for you! Find time here: https://habitaware.com/training-call
So far so good 😊
I just got Habit Aware training for my new Keen2 bracelet a few days ago. The bracelent not only give me the date and time, but since training, it has been giving me 'Hug" vibration reminders when my hand goes near my mouth. I'm on day three of wearing it and it has heightened my awareness of when my hand is going where I don't want it to go. I am using the KeenLite apple watch app on my other wrist. Between the two I am on my way to breaking my Body Focused Repetitive Behavior of nail biting. This and the Keen Support Group community is a fantastic way to make a positive change.
Great idea, I wish it had either a stronger vibration or a shock sensation instead but it’s a great reminder of where your hands are
The bracelet was too big, so return and I brought another one.
