this braclet definitely makes you more aware!! but you also have to make sure you put in the work yourself
It’s so helpful to basically vibrates and tells me to stop lounging and go do something bc my trich habit seems to only be when I’m lounging around bored. It’s been a life changer so far it’s almost been two weeks and I’ve controlled my habit so much. Highly recommend it’s worth every penny. I will say it vibrates a little more than I’d prefer but it’s not a big deal and I’d rather that than not enough. It’s also trainable so I need to work more on training the band to vibrate when necessary. All in all 5/5 it’s changing my life!
This has helped me realize that I pick more than I thought I did. It catches me right before I start to pick, making it easier to stop. There are a lot of false alarms, but it doesn't bother me too much.
So glad that you're having a good experience with Keen2! If you'd like help with false alarms, please book a training call with a team member! https://habitaware.com/training-call
I bought the keen 1 about three years ago but unfortunately it didn't have a clock. I use my watch on a regular basis so I wear that one now unless I wanted to wear two things on my wrist...
It did vibrate when I went to pull my eyelashes and eyebrows however I felt quite restricted since it would vibrate if I was laying down or to put up my hair. I wish keen 2 was out when I bought it three years ago, I would have rated it 5 stars!
Hi Ellie! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with extra vibrations. We're so happy you had a good experience with the first Keen, and we can help you so that you have that same experience with Keen2! Schedule a training call with a team member here: https://habitaware.com/training-call
This is life changing. Thank you.
