The Keen2 System: Smart Bracelet & Recovery Course

I am a compulsive skin/lip picker since I was a small child. The Keen2 is the first thing that has helped me feel like I can be empowered around my behaviors. In addition to the bracelet, the website has also taught me about BFRBs (something I didn't know existed, and that I have) and how to work with them. I am currently working on awareness of my stress levels throughout the day and developing healthy replacement behaviors. When I slip up, the bracelet buzzes to remind me. Thank you for bringing awareness to BFRBs and creating real solutions!
