Co-founder Aneela joined Nancy Lyons on her new podcast: Don't Tell Me What To Do, highlighting self-initiated action for those in the BFRB community.
Here's what she shared about the experience:
I went from a "good indian girl" who always did what she was told, to a an entrepreneur who now tries to listen only to my heart. (But ego and "what will people think" still does get in the way - and when it does boy! does life get messy!)
This convo was deep and meaningful, and like many times when I get a chance to speak and share my story, the wisdom seems to come from so deep inside it feels more like an out of body experience than me speaking.
