3. Train Keen Accurately

An accurate gesture recording is key for accurate detection and awareness training! Our scanning motions for hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (dermatillomania) & nail biting (onychophagia) are often so different.

Use the app to record YOUR individual gesture onto Keen or Keen2. Check our Setup page for a full guide to learn how Keen and Keen2 use your wrist angle, position, motion and speed to recognize your consistent, repetitive movement.

4. Pause, Reflect and Replace the Behavior

Keen's vibration is a "hug" on the wrist, reminding you that your hands are not where you want them to be.
