HabitAware helps

5 stars because it’s an option to help when nothing else does. And there’s hardly any other options out there. I feel it deserves the best rating because they’re actually working to help others while no one else seems to be.

Thank you for this device.

My daughter has ADHD and trich and we tried everything to help her. Nothing worked, and was skeptical to order your device.
It worked however and my daughter now taken off her wig finally and her hair grew back, since we go the device she learnt to control her habits.

It overreacts to movements, and if I adjust the settings, it under reacts.

Helped me stop a behavior that I thought I was powerless to stop

This is the first thing that actually STOPPED me from pulling!!!!

On days where I am too stressed and cannot resist the urge I tend to ignore the bracelet, but I am being made aware that I am doing this behavior much sooner than I would have been aware myself. I have bought some more fidget toys to purposely replace my habit when I cannot resist and I found the combination of fidget toys and keen2 a killer combo. My problem is not solved, but I feel much more in control than ever! my husband was incredibly surprised how I almost entirely stopped pulling instantly!
