I get so annoyed when it’s vibrating but I’m glad it does because then it’s not worth it to pull my lashes. So I can stop myself.
Hi NJ! We're glad that you've found a flow with Keen2 that works for you. If feeling annoyed gets tiring, we tend encourage our Keen family to associate the vibration with something positive, then it can be a 'hug on the wrist' for you. Examples can be direct, thinking of the vibration as a 'self-care' alarm. Others have gotten more abstract with it, and associate the vibration with something they love like their dog licking their face as a reminder, or a specific character they like rooting for them. Whatever feels good!
Love it so much! Wish I would have bought it sooner.
Works like a charm!!
I just have to work on my replacement behavior.
I end up getting too many false alarms, especially when driving (this is a big danger zone for me, but the false alarms were also distracting)
Hi EJ! The movement of the car can interfere with Keen2's motion detecting sensors. To get a better experience, please utilize your free training with us! https://habitaware.com/training-call
