​​Hello everybody!  My name is Jeff in Seattle and I’ve struggled with Trichotillomania (Eyebrows) for 14 years.  This was very therapeutic to write a blog for the first time in my life, and I’d encourage others to do this as well.  When I was in High School, I was self-conscious about my bushy eyebrows.  My mom innocently suggested I try getting them waxed, but I was too shy to go through with it.
