I'm Aneela Idnani, co-founder of HabitAware and have trichotillomania. I hid my hair pulling secret since it started as a teenager. A few years ago, after a bad late night pulling session, my husband noticed my eyebrows were completely missing. That morning, he asked, "Aneela, where are your eyebrows?" I shared my secret and he shared his loving support.

With two friends, we invented the Keen and Keen2 smart bracelets to build awareness of these debilitating behaviors of hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (dermatillomania) and nail biting (onychophagia).
